Qualifications

• One year of experience evaluating and coordinating information related to traffic data, incidents or conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate software and camera systems to observe roadway conditions and incidents.
• Control automated signs, sensors, and HOV lane systems to support safe and efficient travel.
• Provide real time traffic updates through message signs, advisory radio, and media communication.
• Coordinate with State Police, adjoining districts, and county agencies to address roadway concerns.
• Maintain detailed logs, closure reports, and equipment status information.
• Assist with diagnostics and testing of field devices managed by the traffic center.
