Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Regional TOC Operations Manager in Herndon, VA to lead a 24/7 Transportation Operations Center, coordinating with VDOT and partner agencies to ensure operational excellence and adherence to SOPs, AWPs, and KPIs.

The role oversees staff across TOC supervision, incident management, weather operations, ITS monitoring, and emergency response, with a focus on continuous improvement and budget reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible transportation operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of a regional TOC.
• Lead all TOC supervisors, lead operators, operators, analysts, and support staff.
• Ensure continuous 24/7/365 operational coverage.
• Develop and maintain Annual Work Plans (AWPs).
• Monitor contractual KPIs and ensure compliance with SOPs.
