WSP USA is seeking a Regional TOC Operations Manager to lead a Virginia-based traffic operations center, ensuring 24/7 coverage, performance management, and coordination with VDOT and partner agencies. The role focuses on incident management, traveler information, weather operations, and ITS oversight.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in transportation operations with 5+ years supervising a 24/7 center.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 10+ years of transportation operations experience.
Experience supervising a 24/7 operations center for five+ years.
Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and performance management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation of a regional TOC.
Lead TOC supervisors, operators, analysts, and support staff.
Ensure 24/7/365 operational coverage and staffing.
Develop and maintain Annual Work Plans (AWPs).
Monitor KPIs and ensure SOP compliance.
Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with VDOT staff and external partners.
Lead monthly operational reviews and reporting.
