Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Regional TOC Operations Manager to oversee a Virginia regional Transportation Operations Center (TOC), ensuring 24/7 operations across incident management, traveler information, weather operations, ITS monitoring, and emergency response.

Lead TOC supervisors and staff, ensure SOPs, AWPs, KPIs, staffing, and performance management while coordinating with VDOT and partner agencies for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Engineering, Emergency Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible transportation operations experience.
