Union Pacific Corporation is seeking a Track Laborer - Regional to join our Engineering team. You will inspect, repair, and install track components, operate heavy equipment when needed, and help keep rail lines safe and reliable across your territory.

Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver\'s license, and pass an English assessment. Willingness to travel, work varied shifts, and comply with FRA rules are required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and safety rules.
• Must complete an English assessment before interview.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting thorough inspections of railroad tracks, track beds, and track right-of-way to identify problems or defects.
• Performing repairs and replacements of rails, rail anchors, spikes, ballast, ties, and other components as required.
• Assisting with handling, unloading, and movement of track materials and equipment from rail cars, carts, or trucks.
• Executing various track maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations, which may involve operating heavy equipment.
• Maintaining the track beds by removing vegetation and brush; sweeping and digging as needed.
• Adhering to company and industry safety rules, practices, and procedures.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, contractors, and customers; handling high-pressure situations.
• Ensuring compliance with railroad rules and FRA regulations.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
