Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC in American Fork, Utah, is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations to manage technicians and deliver reliable residential and business services while upholding company policies and a customer-focused approach.

You will lead training and development, manage contractor relations, and coordinate with unions to optimize performance, safety, and service quality across the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in telecom management or team leadership.
• Experience developing employees in a union environment.
• Proficient with Excel, email and Word; comfortable with legacy systems.
• Knowledge of residential/business services and Local Network processes.
• Familiarity with splicing and construction in telecom.
• Ability to work consultatively with clients and contractors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as primary contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors.
• Train, coach and develop employees on new processes and safety standards.
• Lead a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance metrics.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and government agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to foster a cooperative working relationship.
• Celebrate successes and recognize high performance.
• Motivate the team for continuous improvement and peak performance.
