Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations to manage technicians across service areas, ensuring profitable residential and business connectivity while upholding policy and quality standards.

You will train and develop a customer-focused team, coordinate with contractors, and drive performance, safety, and service excellence across our open-access network platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; 5+ years of related telecom leadership.
• Experience managing teams in a telecom environment with union involvement.
• Proficient in Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.
• Knowledge of residential/business services and splicing/construction in telecom.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors to resolve issues.
• Lead training, coaching and development of employees on new processes and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians who meet attendance and performance standards.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win‑win working relationship.
• Celebrate successes and motivate the team for continuous improvement.
