Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations to lead a team of technicians across service areas, ensuring safe, high-quality residential and business connectivity while driving profitability and aligning with company policies.

You will train, coach, and develop staff, coordinate with contractors, and act as the primary liaison with customers and agencies, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing teams in a telecom technical environment.
• Experience developing employees in a union environment.
• Proficient with Excel, email, Word, and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors to resolve issues.
• Lead training and development focused on new processes, quality standards, safety, and cost control.
• Lead a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance standards.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win‑win working relationship.
