Job summary

Forged Fiber seeks a Supervisor Region Operations to lead field and design teams in delivering residential and business telecom services. You will manage technicians, coordinate contractor relations, and ensure service quality while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading telecom teams, strong training skills, and solid computer abilities. Location-based pay applies; generous benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a telecom technical environment.
• Proven ability in training, coaching and mentoring in a union setting.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.
• Understanding of residential, business services, Local Network processes and related offerings.
• Knowledge of splicing/construction processes in telecom.
• Ability to build rapport and present options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as single点 of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors to resolve issues.
• Lead training, coaching and development on new processes and quality standards.
• Manage attendance and performance of the technician team.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union for constructive relationships.
• Celebrate successes and drive continuous improvement.
