Job summary

Forged Fiber seeks a Supervisor Region Operations to lead technicians across service areas, ensuring high-quality residential and business connectivity and profitability while following company policies. You will develop a proactive, customer-focused team that delivers Forged Fiber 37 products and services with a superior service experience.

You will train, coach, and develop staff, manage contractor relations, and maintain safety, cost control, and technical skills to meet performance

Qualifications

4+ years of experience managing telecom operations teams.
Experience coaching and mentoring in a union environment.
Proficient with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and 5+ years in related work.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
Serve as single point of contact between Forged Fiber and Contractors.
Lead training and development on new processes and quality standards.
Direct a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance goals.
Represent Forged Fiber with customers and government agencies.
Collaborate with the union for a productive working relationship.
Celebrate successes and drive rewards and recognition.
Motivate the team for continuous improvement and peak performance.
