Job summary

Seco Tools is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to represent our metal cutting solutions in Florida, covering West Palm Beach, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Tampa areas. The role combines technical solution selling with regional sales leadership and frequent travel.

You will manage end users and distributors, consult on tailored metal cutting solutions, and develop new business while maintaining key accounts. A home/virtual office setup is supported with frequent travel in-state.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of successful technical, consultative sales experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with end users and distributor partners.
• Consult with customers to provide metal cutting solutions tailored to manufacturing needs.
• Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory (50–60%) to engage customers and partners.
• Balance technical solution selling with territory planning, sales administration, and reporting.
