Lead a field technical team, guide contractor base growth, and oversee product complaints across a geographic region. The ideal candidate has a technical degree or equivalent building-product experience, plus at least five years in a technical customer-facing role and three years of supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 10 years of building product experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' technical customer-facing experience in low slope commercial roofing.
• 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop field technical organization; onboarding, training, and career development.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to grow contractor base and revenue.
• Respond to issues proactively; resolve installation problems with contractors.
• Manage product complaints for the geographic area.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
