Job summary

Johns Manville has an opening for a Regional Technical Manager to lead field technical operations across a geographic region including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. The role supervises a field technical team, guides contractor engagement, and coordinates with Sales to meet the business plan.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong roofing knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 10 years of building product experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience dealing with customers in a technical capacity in low slope commercial roofing or 3 years supervisory experience.
• Solid leadership skills and ability to interface at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop field technical organization; onboarding training, product application, procedures, and career development.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to grow contractor base and ensure profitable revenue growth.
• Respond to issues proactively and resolve installation issues with contractors.
• Manage product complaint process for the geographic area and ensure timely response to issues.
