Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 10 years of building product experience with customer-facing roles.
• Thorough knowledge of roofing practices and construction-related legal issues.
• Strong leadership and customer service capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Proven negotiation and problem-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and interface at all levels; up to 50% travel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop field technical organization including onboarding and career development.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to grow contractor base and revenue profitability.
• Respond to issues proactively and resolve installation problems with contractors.
• Authorize up to $10,000 repair procedures.
• Provide proactive services to contractors to improve quality and workmanship.
• Respond to product complaints promptly, within one business day.
