• Supervise and develop field technical organization.
• Work with District Sales Manager to grow selective contractor base and ensure profitable revenue.
• Respond to issues proactively and resolve installation issues with contractors.
• Maintain up to $10,000 repair procedure authority.
• Provide proactive services to contractors to improve quality and workmanship.
• Respond to product complaints within one business day.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
