Job summary

Bower Ag is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to strengthen service capability across the region, elevating diagnostic quality and technician expertise.

You will lead escalation, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement, coaching staff and partnering with LSMs to grow talent. This senior role emphasizes proactive problem solving and cross-location knowledge sharing to ensure consistent, high-quality service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical field service experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot advanced electrical, mechanical, automation, or integrated systems.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing technicians.
• Background in multi-site regional support with escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as second- and third-level escalation resource for complex or high-risk issues.
• Reduce repeat escalations through coaching and knowledge transfer.
• Standardize diagnostic processes and troubleshooting methodologies across locations.
• Identify root causes of recurring failures and translate into training and improvements.
• Promote cross-location knowledge sharing and technical leadership.
• Develop advanced technical skillsets in automation, electrical systems, and system integration.
