Job summary

Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Services Manager to lead field service operations across the region, including technician management, training, quality control, and customer relations.

The role reports to the National Director of Field Services and requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have extensive field service management experience, travel willingness, and a demonstrated ability to train teams on product installation and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Field Service Management or related
• Experience with low voltage, electrical systems and control installations
• Ability to lead and develop teams of engineers and technicians
• Strong communication with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all Field Service Functions within a region
• Provide training on installation and service of the company’s products
• Serve as company representative while troubleshooting and repairing systems
• Support field services, customer service, sales, and vendors
• Oversee engineers, technicians, and third-party providers for quality service
• Develop training policies and assess employee skills
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
• Travel to locations to train and oversee installations and maintenance
• Manage daily reports to track installs and service progress
