Job summary

BAILEY is seeking a Lead Technician to perform complex repair and installation work across the region. The LT leads high‑impact projects, trains technicians, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical systems, and drives regional performance.

You will bill time for customer work, mentor peers, and support managers with staffing and project execution. The role emphasizes field service, travel, and safe, professional interactions with customers.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs.
• Advanced OEM master certification (Logisnext) preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional special projects and complex technical jobs.
• Train, mentor, and support technicians across the region, on-site and remotely.
• Direct regional communications and coordinate with Service Managers and leadership.
