bioMérieux seeks a Senior Regional Service Manager to lead a regional field service organization in the United States. The role reports to Senior Director of Field Service Operations and emphasizes delivering quality service aligned with strategic goals, managing budgets, and driving improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, life sciences, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in field service operations/management or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of finance and cost-based accounting for service operations.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-quality team of field systems engineers (FSEs) and provide training and direction.
• Hire FSEs as needed and assist with interviews.
• Coordinate technical and soft skill training for FSEs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to FSEs.
• Manage regional operations to meet regional goals and budgets.
• Maintain Field Service Standards of Operation and inventory reporting.
• Travel approx. 30% to supervise region and complete projects.
• Identify areas of improvement to optimize onsite service.
