Job summary

Bower Ag is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to strengthen and scale technical service capabilities across its U.S. region.

You will serve as a senior technical resource and escalation point, driving proactive capability through coaching, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will focus on improving diagnostic quality, reducing repeat failures, and developing technician expertise to ensure consistent, high-quality service outcomes across all locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field or relevant experience preferred.
5+ years of hands-on technical experience in field service, installation, maintenance, or complex system diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation resource for complex or high-risk technical issues, supporting regional service leadership.
Reduce repeat escalations by coaching and strengthening local problem-solving capability.
Standardize diagnostic processes and troubleshooting methodologies across locations for consistency.
Identify patterns and root causes of recurring failures and translate field issues into training and preventive solutions.
Promote cross-location knowledge sharing to improve technical performance and consistency.
Lead technician capability development and partner with leaders to grow talent.
Develop advanced technical skillsets in automation, electrical systems, and system integration.
Elevate expectations for senior technicians to drive proactive problem-solving and leadership.
Identify systemic issues impacting service and communicate risks with proactive guidance.
