Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealer management, technical support, or customer success within pool/spa/HVAC or related industries.
• 3+ years managing both salaried and hourly employees in a customer-facing or technical support environment.
• Leadership in warehouse operations, technical service delivery, and training facilitation.
• Strong understanding of warranty programs, logistics, and dealer operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Ability to travel regionally (up to 50%) to support product advisement and dealer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Dealer & Customer Success Management: Build and maintain relationships with top dealers, serving as trusted partner.
• Lead a team delivering timely, effective solutions to dealer and customer concerns.
• Align support services with dealer business goals to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to issue resolution, service quality, and customer experience.
• Warranty Warehouse & Experience Center Oversight: Manage daily operations, inventory, logistics, and hands-on training hub.
• Oversee Experience Center for product demonstrations and technical immersion.
• Ensure efficient warranty parts handling and dealer-facing support; reduce turnaround time.
• Product Advisement & Technical Support: Provide expert advisement, installation support, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee regional technical support efforts, including support lines and escalations.
• Deliver feedback on product performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Training Facilitation & Development: Coordinate regional training programs and certifications.
• Collaborate with Training teams; host immersive learning experiences for dealers and technicians.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with Sales, Warranty, Product Management, and Customer Success to address dealer feedback and trends.
