Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Regional Technical Supervisor for the Northeast region. You will lead a high-performing team delivering service, technical expertise, and product advisement to premier dealers and customers, while managing warranty operations and training initiatives.

Expect to travel regionally up to 50% and drive dealer enablement, customer satisfaction, and product reliability across our water solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dealer management, technical support, or customer success in pool, spa, HVAC, or related industries.
• 3+ years managing both salaried and hourly employees in a customer-facing or tech support setting.
• Proven leadership in warehouse operations, technical service delivery, and training facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of warranty programs, logistics, and dealer operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Ability to travel regionally (up to 50%) to support product advisement and dealer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with top dealers, leading a team to deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Oversee Warranty Warehouse operations, inventory, parts fulfillment, and returns processing.
• Provide expert product advisement and regional technical support for installations and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Training teams to deliver regional programs and coordinate onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address dealer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
