Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Regional Technical Supervisor for the Northeast region to lead a high-performing team of dealers and customers, delivering exceptional service, technical expertise, and product advisement.

You will oversee the Warranty Warehouse and Experience Center, drive training initiatives, manage warranty logistics, and collaborate with Sales, Warranty, Product Management, and Customer Success to improve dealer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dealer management, technical support, or customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years managing both salaried and hourly staff in customer-facing or technical support.
• Proven leadership in warehouse operations, service delivery, and training facilitation.
• Strong understanding of warranty programs, logistics, and dealer operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Ability to travel regionally (up to 50%) to support product advisement and dealer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing regional team delivering dealer and customer solutions.
• Oversee the Warranty Warehouse and Experience Center operations.
• Provide expert product advisement and regional technical support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warranty, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
• Facilitate regional training and certification programs and utilize the Experience Center for immersive learning.
• Analyze warranty/service data to identify improvements and reduce claim frequency.
