Qualifications

• 5+ years in dealer management, technical support, or customer success in relevant industries.
• 3+ years managing both salaried and hourly staff in customer-facing roles.
• Leadership in warehouse ops, service delivery, and training facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of warranty programs, logistics, and dealer operations.
• Excellent problem solving and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with top dealers and partners.
• Lead a team delivering timely solutions to dealer and customer concerns.
• Monitor KPIs on issue resolution and customer experience.
• Oversee Warranty Warehouse operations and part fulfillment.
• Manage Experience Center as regional training hub.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warranty, Product Management, and Customer Success.
