Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Regional Technology Analyst I to provide hands-on tech support across a West Coast region and adjacent offices. This role coordinates with Desktop Support, Infrastructure, and Network teams to ensure robust end-user and enterprise technology services and initiatives.

The position may be based in a home office, but supports multiple locations and may include after-hours maintenance, outages, and critical incidents as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on regional technology support across multiple offices.
• Experience coordinating with Desktop Support, Infrastructure, and Network teams.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site regional technology support and act as escalation point for unresolved issues.
• Install, label, test, and document network equipment such as switches, wireless access points, servers, and cabling; perform hardware checks.
• Support office openings, closures, relocations, remodels, and conference-room technology deployments.
• Assist with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android devices and Microsoft 365 deployments and security compliance.
• Coordinate asset management and on-site vendor visits for regional deployments.
