Job summary

Stratus Team, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to deliver customer-first IT support across Stratus offices nationwide, with primary on-site accountability in the West Coast region. You will provide both remote and on-site assistance for end users, ensuring reliable operation of workstations, collaboration tools, and critical business systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in IT service desk roles, strong communication, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of IT service desk or end-user support experience.
• Experience supporting distributed offices and remote users.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, 365, Teams, printers and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 onsite and remote IT support for all offices and field users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printing, conferencing, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, identity management, and cloud tools.
• Meet SLA targets and assist with onboarding, deployments, and office tech setup.
• Collaborate with regional teams and acquisitions to standardize tech and support.
