Invitation Homes seeks a Regional Technology Analyst I to deliver hands-on desktop, network, and infrastructure support across a regional footprint. This role mainly supports the West Coast and may assist other regions as needed.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot office tech, manage devices, and coordinate deployments with multiple IT teams. Travel and occasional after-hours work are required; an associate degree or 3–4 years of experience and certifications such as CompTIA A+,

The Role

The Regional TechnologyAnalyst Iprovides hands-on technology support across an assigned geographic regioncontainingmultiple corporate, field, and operational locations. Although the position may have a designated home office, it is not assigned exclusively to that location.

This position supports our West Coast but mayassistother regions based on business priorities, projects, outages, or staffing needs. The Analyst serves as a regional connection between Desktop Support,Helpdesk,Infrastructure, Network, Security, Telecommunications, Technology Assets,and other technology teams.

The position provides advanced endpoint support whileassistingwith infrastructure equipment, network connectivity, office technology, conference rooms, telecommunications, deployments, office openings, relocations, and enterprise technology initiatives.

What you’ll do day-to-day:
Regional Technology Support: 35%
  • Provide remote and on-site support for offices across an assigned region, serving as the escalation point for issues the Service Desk cannot resolve remotely.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, authentication, and mobile-device issues, and guide Service Desk and Desktop Support staff.
  • Identify recurring problems and work with technology teams, Facilities, Security, and regional business leaders on long-term fixes.
  • Assist other regions during projects, outages, or staffing needs.
  • Participate in after-hours support for planned maintenance, projects, and critical incidents when needed.
Infrastructure and Network Support: 25%
  • Provide hands-on assistance to Infrastructure and Network teams, including installing, labeling, testing, and documenting equipment such as switches, wireless access points, servers, and cabling, following established procedures.
  • Act as “remote hands” for centralized teams, including equipment checks, approved reboots, cable tracing, and hardware replacement.
  • Help troubleshoot internet circuits and telecommunications with internal teams and service providers.
  • Report physical or environmental concerns that could affect equipment, such as power, cooling, or water exposure.
  • Support business-continuity and major-incident response when on-site help is needed.
Office Projects and Technology Deployments: 20%
  • Support office openings, closures, relocations, remodels, and employee moves.
  • Coordinate, install, and validate circuits, cabling, network hardware, workstations, printers, and conference-room technology.
  • Test technology to confirm it is ready before employees move in.
Endpoint and Collaboration Technology: 15%
  • Support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and approved business applications.
  • Assist with device setup, deployment, replacement, recovery, and security compliance.
  • Support conference rooms, audiovisual systems, printers, and related peripherals such as docking stations, monitors, headsets, and cameras.
Asset and Vendor Support: 5%
  • Help manage technology assets across the region, including deployments, transfers, inventory, audits, and approved disposal.
  • Coordinate on-site vendor visits and deliveries, verify their work meets organizational standards, and elevate concerns to leadership.
What You Bring

This role calls for advanced desktop and network/infrastructure support experience (macOS and multi-office support preferred), plus an associate degree or 3-4 years of equivalent experience, with certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365, ITIL, or Apple favored. It also requires regional travel, occasional after-hours work, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces like network closets, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple offices or geographically distributed business locations is preferred.
  • Experience providing advanced desktop support and assisting with infrastructure or network-related activities.
  • Experience supporting macOS devices is preferred.
Education/Certifications
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Three to four years of relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Preferred Licenses or Certifications
  • CompTIA A+, Network+,
  • Microsoft 365 or Endpoint Administrator certification

  • Ability to lift, transport, install, andrelocatetechnology equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is: $23.64 - $40.97, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
