Job summary

DP Electric is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring for a defined region, from craft to professional staff. You will partner with hiring managers, prescreen and interview candidates, and manage offers and onboarding.

The role is based in-office in Arizona and requires coordinating with local markets and vendors to build a strong talent pipeline. You will lead requisition postings, attend job fairs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Two years of recruitment, selection, and talent management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment and selection activity for every open position in your region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and initiate recruitment and selection activity.
• Prescreen, test, interview, and select candidates for openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR through the offer process and timing.
