DP Electric is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring for a defined region, from craft to professional staff. You will partner with hiring managers, prescreen and interview candidates, and manage offers and onboarding.
The role is based in-office in Arizona and requires coordinating with local markets and vendors to build a strong talent pipeline. You will lead requisition postings, attend job fairs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
DP Electric is a premier commercial electrical contractor with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex electrical projects across Arizona, Texas, and the Southwest. As a 100% employee-owned company, we serve a diverse range of markets including data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, higher education, commercial, and industrial.
At the heart of DP Electric’s success is its dedication to cultivating industry-leading talent. Through our in-house training program, DP University, we equip employees with advanced skills and expertise to meet the ever-changing demands of modern construction. By combining technical excellence with a client-first approach, we continue to set the standard for electrical contracting in the Southwest.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns hiring for their region. Every open position in your market runs through you, from craft and field roles through office and professional staff. You will partner with your hiring managers to understand what they need, prescreen and interview candidates, support the offer process, and hand off cleanly to onboarding.
Your region is yours to build. You will come to know its labor pool, its hiring managers, and where the good candidates actually come from, and you will carry the full range of what we hire there rather than a slice of it. When a position in your market opens, filling it is your result to own.
