Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a regional team of recruiters and implement a scalable operating model across regions. You will partner with regional leaders to translate business needs into actionable recruiting plans and provide meaningful talent analytics to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years managing recruiters or TA professionals, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-site, healthcare or veterinary field-based environments.
• Proven ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, dashboards and candidate engagement tools.
• Strong analytics to interpret data and guide regional decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across leadership levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: coach, develop, and drive results against hiring goals.
• Build a scalable operating model with standardized processes and tools.
• Develop regional hiring strategies aligned to business needs.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness via ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, and analytics.
• Partner with Regional VPs, Operations Directors, and Practice Managers on priorities.
• Provide robust recruiting analytics (funnel health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and coach for accountability.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience reflecting AmeriVet values.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks to guide strategy.
