AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiting team, shape an operating model, and partner with regional leaders to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in a healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site retail-style environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of regional recruiters.
• Build a Consistent Operating Model: Establish a scalable recruiting operating model.
• Develop Regional Hiring Strategies: Partner with leaders to assess talent needs and market dynamics.
• Drive Recruiter Effectiveness: Leverage ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, and analytics to improve productivity.
