Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners seeks a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead regional recruiters and shape recruiting strategy across AmeriVet’s regions. You will partner with regional leaders to translate business needs into scalable plans, provide talent analytics, and help define the overall talent strategy.

You’ll coach recruiters, optimize processes, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with AmeriVet’s goals and culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-site, healthcare/veterinary-based operating environments.
• Ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across regions and leadership levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team and coach regional recruiters to meet hiring goals.
• Develop a scalable operating model with standardized processes and tools.
• Collaborate with regional/divisional leaders to create regional hiring strategies.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness through ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Partner with leaders to align recruiting priorities with business growth plans.
• Provide robust analytics on funnel health, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Set expectations and coach for performance, feedback, and development.
• Champion a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor market trends and compensation data to guide strategy.
