Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiting team and build a scalable operating model. You will translate business needs into recruiting plans, drive analytics, and partner with regional leaders to meet hiring targets across partner clinics.

You will coach recruiters, optimize ATS workflows, improve candidate experience, and deliver insights that shape talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience working in a decentralized, multi-site, healthcare, veterinary, or similar field-based operating environment.
• Ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies that meet hiring targets.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, reporting dashboards, and candidate engagement tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and translate insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Build a Consistent Operating Model: establish a scalable recruiting operating model.
• Develop Regional Hiring Strategies: partner with leaders to meet hiring targets.
• Drive Recruiter Effectiveness: optimize ATS workflows and sourcing platforms.
• Stakeholder Partnership: align recruiting priorities with business goals.
• Analytics & Insights: provide funnel health and market insights.
• Performance Management & Coaching: set expectations and provide feedback.
• Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: ensure high-touch experience reflecting company values.
• Process Optimization: improve processes, templates, and reporting.
• Market Intelligence: monitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
