Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiters team, shaping a scalable operating model and partnering with regional leaders to meet hiring targets across AmeriVet’s partner clinics.

The role emphasizes analytics, candidate engagement, and process optimization, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent acquisition support across regions and driving continuous improvement in recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-site, healthcare/veterinary environment.
• Proven ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, dashboards, and candidate engagement tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide regional leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across regions and leadership levels.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team and coach recruiters to meet hiring goals.
• Build and continuously improve a scalable recruiting operating model.
• Develop regional hiring strategies with regional/divisional leaders.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness through ATS, sourcing platforms, and analytics.
• Partner with Regional VPs and Practice Managers to align recruiting with business goals.
• Provide robust analytics on funnel health, pipeline, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Set expectations and coach performance to build accountability.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks to guide strategy.
