Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners seeks a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiting team and drive a scalable operating model across the network. You will translate business needs into regional recruiting plans and deliver meaningful talent analytics to support hiring targets for AmeriVet’s partner clinics.

You’ll partner with regional leaders to coach recruiters, optimize processes, and align recruiting strategies with operational goals while upholding AmeriVet’s values and employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, dashboards, and engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of regional recruiters, ensuring alignment to business priorities and hiring goals.
• Build a Consistent Operating Model: Establish a scalable recruiting model with standardized processes and effective tool use.
• Develop Regional Hiring Strategies: Partner with leaders to assess talent needs and market dynamics.
• Drive Recruiter Effectiveness: Leverage ATS, sourcing platforms, dashboards to improve productivity and candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as strategic TA partner to regional leaders, aligning priorities with business growth.
• Analytics & Insights: Provide recruiting analytics including funnel, time-to-fill, and market insights.
• Performance Management & Coaching: Set expectations and develop plans for recruiter growth.
• Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure high-touch experience reflecting AmeriVet values.
• Process Optimization: Improve processes, templates, and reporting to increase efficiency.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and compensation benchmarks.
