You will build and manage an operating model that enables recruiters to leverage tools, follow standardized practices, and align with regional strategies.
In this strategic role, you will partner with regional leaders, provide robust talent analytics, coach recruiters, and shape AmeriVet’s talent acquisition strategy to meet hiring
Qualifications
- Experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
- Experience in decentralized, multi-site healthcare or veterinary environments.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional recruiting team and deliver hiring results.
- Develop a scalable operating model with standardized processes.
- Partner with leaders to design regional hiring strategies.
- Provide talent analytics and reporting to leaders.
- Coach and develop recruiters to improve productivity.
- Champion a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Identify process improvements to hiring outcomes.
