Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners seeks a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiting team and shape a scalable operating model across partner clinics.

You will collaborate with regional leaders to translate business needs into recruiting plans, deliver meaningful analytics, and help meet hiring targets while ensuring a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience. This role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-site, healthcare, veterinary, or similar field-based operating environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies that support hiring targets and operational business needs.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, reporting dashboards, and candidate engagement tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations for regional and divisional leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across regions and levels of leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of regional recruiters, ensuring they are aligned to business priorities and delivering results against hiring goals.
• Build a Consistent Operating Model: Establish a scalable recruiting operating model with standardized processes and effective use of tools.
• Develop Regional Hiring Strategies: Partner with leaders to assess talent needs and build regional strategies meeting targets.
• Drive Recruiter Effectiveness: Ensure recruiters leverage ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, dashboards, and candidate engagement tools.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to Regional VPs, Operations Directors, and Practice Managers.
• Analytics & Insights: Provide recruiting analytics on funnel health, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and market insights.
• Performance Management & Coaching: Set expectations, monitor performance, and create development plans.
• Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a high-touch experience reflecting AmeriVet’s values.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reporting.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to shape strategy.
