AmeriVet is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiting team and shape a scalable operating model across regions. You will partner with regional and divisional leaders to translate business needs into recruiting plans, provide robust analytics, and drive continuous improvement in processes and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-site, healthcare/veterinary field-based environment.
• Proven ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, dashboards, and engagement tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights for leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: coach and develop regional recruiters to meet hiring goals.
• Build a scalable operating model with standardized processes and tools.
• Develop regional hiring strategies with regional/divisional leaders.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness using ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, dashboards, and engagement tools.
• Partner with leaders to align recruiting priorities with business goals.
• Provide analytics on funnel health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and market insights.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and coach for continuous improvement.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and reporting.
• Monitor regional hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
