Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiters team across our network of partner clinics. You will build an operating model, partner with regional leaders, and deliver analytics-driven strategies to meet hiring targets and strengthen our talent approach.

You will drive recruiter effectiveness, coach performance, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience that reinforces AmeriVet’s employer brand across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-site environments such as healthcare or veterinary services.
• Ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.
• Proficient with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, dashboards, and candidate engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: coach and develop regional recruiters to meet hiring goals.
• Build a scalable recruiting operating model with standardized processes and tools.
• Develop regional hiring strategies with regional/divisional leaders to hit targets.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness through ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Partner with Regional VPs and Practice Managers to align recruiting with business goals.
• Provide robust analytics on funnel health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Coach and manage performance, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience that reinforces AmeriVet’s employer brand.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
