Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiting team across our partner clinics. You will build a scalable operating model, partner with regional leaders, and drive analytics to shape hiring strategies and improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and delivering high-quality recruiting support aligned with AmeriVet’s growth targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-site healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, reporting dashboards, and candidate engagement tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations for leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across regions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: manage, coach, and develop regional recruiters.
• Build a scalable operating model with standardized processes and tools.
• Develop regional hiring strategies aligned to business targets.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness via ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, and dashboards.
• Partner with regional/divisional leaders to translate needs into recruiting plans.
• Provide recruiting analytics on funnel health, time-to-fill, and market insights.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and coach for continuous improvement.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience reflecting AmeriVet values.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, templates, and reporting.
• Monitor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
