Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned healthcare accounts to provide culinary leadership and operational support.
• Partner with Executive Chefs to enhance culinary execution and consistency.
• Coach and develop culinary teams to foster continuous improvement.
• Support staffing, operations, and high-volume service across locations.
• Assist with menu development, recipes, catering and culinary innovation.
• Champion Made for More and other culinary initiatives.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor food costs and inventory, improving operational effectiveness.
• Build relationships with site leadership to improve patient and client satisfaction.
