Qualifications

• Strong restaurant/chef-driven culinary leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary teams.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice, hospital dining, or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Travel between healthcare accounts to provide culinary leadership and operational support.
• Partner with Executive Chefs to enhance culinary execution, quality, and consistency.
• Coach and develop culinary team members; foster continuous improvement.
• Support staffing needs and handle operational challenges across locations.
• Assist with menu development, recipe execution, catering, and culinary innovation.
