Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a System Support Sous Chef to lead culinary operations across New York and Connecticut healthcare accounts. The role travels between sites, partnering with Executive Chefs to elevate food quality and service.

You will mentor teams, drive Made for More initiatives, oversee menu execution, and ensure food safety and cost controls. A strong kitchen background and ability to adapt to high-volume, multi-site environments are essential.

• Operational aptitude across multiple locations and environments.

Responsabilidades

• Travel between assigned healthcare accounts to provide culinary leadership and operational support.
• Partner with Executive Chefs to enhance culinary execution, food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members fostering continuous improvement.
• Support staffing and address operational challenges during high-volume periods.
• Assist with menu development, recipe execution, catering and culinary innovation.
• Champion Made for More and other company culinary initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP and regulatory standards.
• Monitor food cost, inventory practices and overall operational effectiveness.
• Build strong site leadership relationships to enhance patient and client satisfaction.
