The ideal candidate has a strong restaurant culinary foundation, a passion for developing people, and the ability to coach teams across diverse healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Progressive culinary leadership experience in restaurant or chef-driven environments.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary teams.
• Strong operational aptitude and problem-solving across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned healthcare accounts to provide culinary leadership and operational support.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs to elevate culinary execution, quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Coach and develop culinary team members to foster continuous improvement and excellence.
• Support staffing needs, operational challenges, and high-volume service periods across locations.
• Assist with menu development, recipe execution, catering, events, and culinary innovation.
• Champion Made for More and other company culinary initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor food cost management and inventory practices.
• Build strong relationships with site leadership to enhance patient and client satisfaction.
