Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced ASCO Regional System Architect for the West Region to support field sales on complex projects involving low and medium voltage power control systems, ASCO SOM, and EcoStruxure Power. You will build relationships with stakeholders, tailor technical presentations, and drive profitable growth.

The role requires 5+ years in complex sales, a four-year technical degree in engineering, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Business Development/Sales in complex sales environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Visio, Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and profitability for complex projects.
• Adapt presentation style for different audiences including C-level executives and decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to execute ASCO Power Technologies initiatives.
• Implement SOM in the assigned US geography to increase sales and hit rate for complex projects.
• Articulate best offer and solution using system application knowledge and bid strategies.
• Manage pipeline of opportunities, coordinate with ASM/Field Sales to select preferred projects.
• Provide offer launch and ongoing technical support for ASCO Power Technologies initiatives.
• Assist with system design and quote optimization for LV and MV applications.
• Provide EcoStruxure expertise in IoT architectures and CPMA.
• Identify individuals for technical competency development and plan skills growth.
• Serve as EcoStruxure Power ambassador for ASCO Power Technologies.
