Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow Advanced Surgery product sales across a multi-state region, including Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. You will build trusted relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital leadership, drive regional strategies, and defend and expand the portfolio through value-based selling.

The role requires a strong track record in hospital-based selling, strategic planning, and 50%+ travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hospital-based OR sales experience or 8+ years in OR sales.
• Experience leading a large territory and strategic selling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, OR staff and hospital administration.
• Develop and implement local and regional sales strategies to defend and expand the product portfolio.
• Maintain on-label usage through in-situ presence, education, and value-add programs.
• Monitor sales and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend regional conferences and build relationships with KOLs and surgeons.
