Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Cleveland, OH seeks a Strategic Account Manager to promote Baxter’s advanced surgical portfolio, focusing on hemostasis, sealing, and soft tissue repair across multiple specialties.

You will build trust with surgeons and nurses on site and drive new account development within an established geography. Role requires ownership of results, deep product knowledge, and the ability to influence buyers through the complete sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Hospital-based selling experience in operating room settings.
• Experience leading a large territory and achieving sales goals.
• Strong strategic selling skills to identify needs and drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey analyses and plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, OR staff and hospital leadership.
• Develop and implement local/regional sales strategies to defend and expand the portfolio.
• Promote Baxter products in the surgical suite and provide in-servicing and presentations.
• Monitor sales and coordinate with Territory Managers, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews with hospital personnel.
