Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Regional Support Lead in Consumer Bank to drive growth and world-class service across markets in the Los Angeles region.

You will partner with Market Directors and Branch Managers to execute strategic initiatives, develop talent, and optimize operations while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. The role requires leadership, collaboration, and deep knowledge of banking solutions and technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience leading teams or projects and coaching business leaders in a client-focused environment.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Innovative thinker with ability to deepen engagement with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Ability to create a climate in which people want to do their best, motivate and empower others by inviting input from each person and sharing ownership and visibility.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other areas of Consumer Banking, Wealth Management & Business Banking.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• High degree of consumer product and technology acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional focus on deposit and investment growth; develop and align action plans with partners.
• Partner with Divisional support team to coordinate and message key business initiatives and share best practices.
• Lead identification and sharing of best practices to exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Market Directors and Branch Managers to support banker performance and development through onboarding and in-field training.
• Coordinate with Business Manager to understand scorecard results and align staffing targets, focusing on recruitment and attrition.
• Focus on Employee Experience by coordinating with Culture Council to implement engagement opportunities.
