Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Banker on the Consumer & Specialty Retail Banking team to help grow client relationships by delivering our full suite of financial solutions.

You'll work with both independent and team-based approaches across core solutions such as credit, treasury, and commercial services, while building local market knowledge and partnering with other lines of business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Direct lending or credit support experience with client relationships.
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal partners and meet sales goals.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Must have FINRA Series 79, 63 and SIE licenses or obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer-centric engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Improve efficiency by leveraging technology and automation.
• Support multi-state territory coverage across C&SI and related teams.
• Develop industry expertise in Specialty Retail and food/bev spaces and supply chains.

• Contribute to client acquisition and relationship growth through proactive prospecting.
