Job summary

Chase is seeking a Regional Support Lead in Consumer Bank to drive growth and deliver world-class customer experience across markets. You will partner with Market Directors and Branch Managers to align regional strategies with company goals and lead initiatives across deposits and investments.

This role requires 10+ years of leadership experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Leads and tracks regional focus on Deposit and Investment growth plans across markets.
• Partners with Divisional support to coordinate key business initiatives and share best practices.
• Leads identification and sharing of best practices delivering on customer experience goals.
• Partners with Market Directors and Branch Managers to support Banker performance and development via onboarding and training.
• Coordinates with Business Manager to understand scorecard results and staffing targets.
